setting up wikis

Hi all,
I've been working on setting up a wiki for my mom's 90th bday party. It went pretty well until I tried to put a voci on it, that didn't work so well. It ended up being a blank black screen. IDK! Now I invited my 8 siblings to go on it and edit, so we'll see how that goes! It will be interesting to see if they are able to access it and if they like being able to organize family events this way.

Adding RSS feeds

Well, I think I got this new skill fairly under control! I added a Grand Forks Herald newsfeed so I can keep up with my hometown news, we'll see if I get inundated with updates or if it's manageable. I'm still not sure why my second blog post doesn't show up, so we'll see if this third one does. I'm excited for the next class to work with the pictures.

2nd/3rd week - Finally getting around to posting!

Hi all, I am finally getting around to actually posting. I've been playing around with lots of stuff and having fun especially with the igoogle page. I love all the options and moving things around. I added a playful cat, the weather, entertainment, inspiration and humor to my page. I have to say, this posting is more like work to me... I would rather just make comments, play around with stuff and visit everyone's pages than do this, but at least we are learning new things and that's great. It's fun to hear what others are figuring out. Have an awesome day everyone!
